GlobalOne Annual Banquet

INFORMATION:

MUST RSVP: If you RSVP, please do not cancel unless it is a family emergency because we have to pay a fee in advance based on the number of people in our group. Plus they order the food based on the number of attendees. Thanks, you guys!

DATE: June 19th, 2021

LOCATION: CAMP ORO QUAY: Singing Hills Ministry: 1441 State Road 344, Sandia Park, NM 87047. About a 45-minute drive east of Albuquerque into the East Mountains.

COST: $10 per person which includes kids 5-years & Older

- ALL Kids 4-years old and younger are free.

PARKING: As you arrive you will be directed by the Camp Staff on where to park your vehicles.

PAY UPON ARRIVAL: See me, Rachael or Mathew Chance, to pay. On the Honor System, so, just find us to pay for your group. I will pay the Camp Director at the end of the day for everyone's food.

SCHEDULE:

RV SPACES: RV Parking is $50 per night but must be reserved in advance.  There are only 4-spots available.1. 2pm - 5:00pm: Enjoy Camp: Zip Line, Rock Climbing, Animals to see, Swimming Pool,2. 5:00pm - 6:00pm:  Dinner in Cafeteria - Spaghetti with Meat Balls, French bread and Drinks.3. 6:00pm - 7:00pm:  Awards Banquet in Sanctuary4. 7:00pm - 9:30pm:  Open: You can stay with your friends and family to enjoy the evening stars & Mountain breeze since you are only 25 minutes from Albuquerque here in the East Mountains.5. 9:30pm -  TIme to leave - Camp starts to close.

NOTE: There will be another Christian Church Group of Kids there too. That group will have a Spanish Music Band playing and they will be having a bar-B-Q so, we need to be careful kids are not eating their Bar-B-Q. They may all play together throughout the camp including in the Swimming Pool.

SAFETY: The Camp will have their Staff monitoring the Zip Line, Rock Climbing, and Pool to ensure safety for everyone.

PURPOSE: Finally, the annual purpose of this Banquet is to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of you for your efforts to help Global One Defense in 2019 and 2020. We obviously could not have a Banquet last year which makes this year even more memorable. So, please feel free to bring your spouse, parents, any family members, significant friend, and Children to have some Mountian Fun, eat and enjoy the fellowship time together during the day and at the Awards Banquet!  I am personally pumped because I will have my family and grandkids in from Iowa there too! Don't get any better than that-Praise God!
