This course provides that foundation and fundamental refinement need to properly and safely handle, clean and care for a Shotgun! See shotgun requirements below. NOTE: This class was moved from July 10th to September 18th due to extreme heat at the range!

IMPORTANT: NO Magazine fed/Semi-Automatic Shotguns! ONLY Pump-Action Shotguns allowed!
Equipment: Must have a Single or Double Point Sling, 100 Rounds and something to provide you with a “Padded Shoulder” will help too.
Description: All classes include a refresher of the fundamentals.
This course, like all of our Basic Firearms courses, provides that foundation and fundamental refinement need to properly and safely handle, clean and care for a Shotgun! Course includes carrying a shotgun, manipulation, unloading, loading, speed loads, types of ammo, recognizing and clearing malfunctions, tactically shooting a Shotgun in a proper stance, and in self-defense situations. NOTE: This is NOT like Duck Hunting Class—it’s a real Tactical Shotgun Class! Also, prepares shotgun shooters for the Advanced Shotgun course.
Note: Ammunition is hard to find, pick it up early!
